Hey fans, this post coming straight from the recovery wing (Basement) at Diggit's home in Fishers. ACL reconstruction was one week ago. A week later I'm feeling like myself again, however still restricted to bed, icing, 24 hr continuous passive motion machine and 5 hours of excercises daily.
